The self-service path

  1. Create your account

    Sign up with your work email and verify it from the link we send. You accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at this step.

  2. Get your organization and tenant automatically

    An organization and a unique tenant slug are created for you from your organization name. You can adjust the suggestion before it is final; there is nothing to request from us.

  3. Explore the synthetic sandbox

    A preloaded synthetic estate lets you run discovery, classification, subsetting, masking, synthetic generation, certification and provisioning end to end — no database, no installation, no real data.

  4. Use your trial

    Your time-limited trial covers the real workflow with safe limits: one agent, a few sources and a monthly job allowance.

  5. Install the agent in your environment

    When you are ready for your own data, create a one-time enrollment token in the console and install the agent yourself (Docker once the signed image is published; Helm and Terraform packages follow), then check the host with the agent doctor. It connects outbound only.

  6. Upgrade when it is useful

    Choose Team or Business in Billing & Plan and pay on Stripe-hosted pages, or keep evaluating. Enterprise and private deployments follow a contract path instead.

What you need — and what you do not

Required

  • A work email address you can verify.
  • Accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Later, for your own data only: a host or cluster inside your network for the agent, with outbound HTTPS.

Not required

  • A sales call, demo or email to DataNivra.
  • A credit card for the free trial.
  • Real or production data: the sandbox is entirely synthetic.
  • A phone number.
