Buying DataNivra through your procurement process

Self-service works for most teams. When your organization needs a security review, a proof of concept, negotiated terms or a private deployment (on request), this is the path — and you can start evaluating on your own while it runs.

1. Security review

Most of the review can be done from public material, without a meeting:

  • Security overview and the customer-resident architecture: row-level processing stays in your network; DataNivra Cloud receives metadata, aggregates and evidence only.
  • Verify it yourself: canary values, outbound-only networking, proxy inspection, the EgressGuard violation log and audit-chain verification.
  • Security policy summary: vulnerabilities are reported privately; least-privilege, read-only connectors; secrets by reference only; tenant isolation that never reveals whether another tenant's object exists; fail-closed certification; tamper-evident audit events; signed, scanned container images.
  • Data Processing Addendum (published), Terms of Service (published) and Privacy Policy (published).

2. Proof of concept

Start in the synthetic sandbox, then install the agent in a non-production segment and connect a supported source. A proof of concept uses your own environment and your own policies; DataNivra never needs access to your network or data. Success criteria usually cover referential integrity of subsets, masking determinism across tables, certification refusal on uncovered sensitive fields, and provisioning into your test environments.

Enterprise evaluations can run for up to 30 days by agreement.

3. Quote, contracts and invoicing

  1. Quote

We agree the plan, limits (agents, sources, jobs, retention), term (annual or multi-year) and deployment model, and send a quote with a reference you can use internally.

  2. Contracts

Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Addendum and Service Level Agreement, negotiated with your legal team. Your purchase order references the quote.

  3. Entitlement

Once the contract is signed, your organization receives the negotiated entitlement. Every manual grant is authorized and recorded in the audit trail.

  4. Invoice and payment

We invoice against your purchase order; you pay by bank transfer (ACH or wire) or as agreed. Bank details appear only on the invoice itself — never on this website or in email signatures.

  5. Renewal

Renewal reminders go out ahead of the contract end date so limits, term and pricing can be reviewed in time; nothing lapses silently.

4. Private deployment (on request)

  • Private Cloud: a dedicated, single-tenant DataNivra Cloud instance, provided on request with the same infrastructure code, one environment per customer.
  • Self-Hosted: a customer-operated control plane licensed by an offline-verified signed license file, issued on request once the production signing-key ceremony is complete. Today this is a Docker Compose scaffold available on request; there is no Helm chart for the control plane yet.

Dedicated or self-hosted deployment on request, under contract (self-hosted is a scaffold today; signed license files follow the production key ceremony).

In every mode the agent and engine run inside your network, exactly as in the SaaS service. Compare plan limits on the pricing page.
