Privacy
Privacy notice for website enquiries
Applies to the Contact and Request a demo forms on this website. Version 2026-09-25.
This is a short notice for the website forms. It is consistent with, and part of, our full Privacy Policy, which also covers customer account users, billing contacts and the DataNivra service. If the two ever differ, the Privacy Policy applies.
What we collect
- The details you type: name, work email, company, optional job title, topic, optional preferred demo date and optional message.
- Your consent to be contacted, and the version of this notice you agreed to.
- A pseudonymous key derived from your network address with a secret keyed hash. We use it to limit repeated submissions and to detect abuse. We do not store your network address itself.
Please do not put customer, patient, financial or production data in these forms.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry — for example to arrange a demo, discuss pricing or reply to your question — and to protect the forms from spam. We do not sell it and we do not add you to marketing lists from these forms.
Who receives it
The DataNivra team responsible for responding to enquiries. When you submit a form, an internal email notification with your details is sent to that team. Notification destinations are part of our secured configuration.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are deleted automatically 365 days after submission. If the conversation leads to a business relationship, the contact details it needs are kept in our customer records under the Privacy Policy, not in the enquiry record. We keep a tamper-evident log of events about each enquiry (for example “submitted”, “notification sent”, “deleted”); those log entries contain no name, email, company or message. Refused submissions (for example spam or missing consent) are not stored — only a log entry with a reason code is kept.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry at any time through the contact form or the email address shown there. Deletion removes the enquiry record and any pending notification.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies or use third-party trackers. Your browser may store small preferences locally (colour theme and narration settings); they never leave your device.
Optional analytics
When DataNivra switches it on for this website, a banner asks whether you allow Google Analytics 4. Until you choose “Allow analytics”, nothing from Google is loaded and nothing is sent. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat that as “no” and do not ask.
If you allow it, we send only:
- the page you view, as its route name from a fixed list (for example “/pricing” or “/learn/:slug”) — never the full address or anything after a “?”;
- product and learning steps from a fixed list (for example “pricing viewed”, “tutorial completed”, “capacity planner used”, “enquiry submitted”), each with at most a value chosen from a fixed list (such as a plan name, tutorial name or enquiry topic).
We never send what you type into forms or the capacity planner, your name, email or company, account, tenant or dataset identifiers, or any customer data. Every event is checked against a published allow-list in our code before it is sent; anything else is dropped. Advertising features, Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, no user ID is set and there is no session recording. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_…) that last up to 13 months to recognise a returning browser. Your browser necessarily connects to Google’s servers; Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
You can change your choice at any time here. Turning analytics off stops sending immediately and deletes the analytics cookies.
Analytics is not enabled on this deployment of the website.
