- Do I need a credit card or a call to start?
- No. Create an account with a verified email address and you get an organization, a tenant and a synthetic sandbox automatically, plus a 14-day trial. See how to start.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your organization switches to a clearly marked read-only, limited state: new jobs are blocked, but nothing is deleted immediately. Your configuration and evidence are kept according to the documented retention policy, and you can upgrade at any time to continue.
- What do the prices on this page mean?
- They are starting list prices in US dollars for each plan as described here. Annual billing costs 17% less than twelve monthly payments. Your exact price is shown on the Stripe-hosted checkout page before you pay, and taxes may apply.
- What if we need more agents, sources or jobs than a plan includes?
- Additional capacity is available. There are no published add-on or overage prices: talk to us and we will size it with you, or move up a plan yourself at any time.
- Can we switch between monthly and annual billing?
- Yes. From Billing & Plan in the console you can move between monthly and annual billing, or change plan. The change takes effect when the payment provider confirms it.
- How do I pay for Team or Business?
- From Billing & Plan in the console. Payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages; DataNivra never sees or stores your card number. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel yourself.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Self-service subscriptions can be cancelled from the console. Cancellation takes effect as described on the Stripe-hosted billing pages and in the Terms of Service.
- How does enterprise invoicing work?
- Enterprise and Private Cloud plans run on a contract: quote, then MSA, DPA, SLA and your purchase order, then invoices payable by bank transfer. The enterprise page describes the procurement path. Bank details are never published on this website; they arrive on the invoice.
- Is usage metering based on my data?
- No. Usage is metered from safe metadata only — jobs, processing time, aggregate volumes, agents, sources and packs. No source rows are ever uploaded for metering or license enforcement.
