| `CT_BLINDED_EXTRACT` | MASKING | Linked test data for blinded teams | yes |
| `CT_ANALYTICS_UNLINKED` | MASKING | Unlinked clinical-trial analytics extract | no |
| `CT_CLASSIFICATION` | CLASSIFICATION | Clinical Trials classification | no |
| `CT_STRICT` | CERTIFICATION | Clinical Trials certification: strict | no |
| `CT_SCENARIO_TESTING` | CERTIFICATION | Clinical Trials certification: scenario testing | no |
| `CT_SUBSET_DEFAULT` | SUBSET | Clinical Trials subset (default bounds) | no |

Keyed templates reference the placeholder `vault://datanivra-pack-template/linkage-key`. Replace it with a
reference to a key in **your** secret store (for example `vault://…`, `azure-kv://…` or `env://…`).
The simplest way is server-side: `POST /v1/industry-packs/clinical-trials/policy-drafts` with `key_ref`
creates DRAFT policies from these templates; approve them through the normal policy workflow.
